Caribbean Series 1970

The Caribbean Series returned in 1970 after a decade-long suspension, reconvening in Caracas with a new format and without Cuban participation. Venezuela's Navegantes del Magallanes claimed the revival championship with a dominant 7-1 record, finishing ahead of Puerto Rico's Leones de Ponce to give the host nation its first Series title.
